Room dirty. Had to move rooms-staff nor accommodating.
We found a cigarette butt in the bed and when we looked further the sheets were dirty. Also only one clean towel in the bathroom. The heat was totally off so it was freezing when we arrived. When we called the desk they said they could only move us as there was no housekeeping staff. It was late and we were very tired but had to move rooms. We ended up with double beds instead of a king bed. A bad experience. ...read more
